I help people buy mountain vacation homes and investment properties, and others to market and sell their homes for maximum price. I concentrate my efforts in Frisco, Breckenridge, and Keystone, but I work throughout all of Summit County.

I am in real estate because I have a genuine passion for vacation home ownership, the Colorado mountain lifestyle and the resort experience. I am here to assist people who are in the midst of a hugely important financial and lifestyle decision. My job is to be a valuable resource and trusted advisor.

After being in the computer industry for 25 years, I sometimes jokingly call myself a "recovering" computer tech. But this computer expertise, my construction knowledge, and real estate experience provide me with a unique set of credentials. And I work very hard to share this expertise and knowledge with my clients to ensure that their home buying or selling experience transpires professionally and with minimum turbulence.
